Valentine's day isn't something I really care about, but that doesn't mean I don't like receiving gifts. It just wouldn't bother me if I didn't get anything. I think that people in relationships are forced to give something for Valentines day so much so that they don't get their partner something out of love but because if they don't they'll get in trouble. And that's not right because you should give a gift out of love not because you are expected to buy them something and some people think that their partner has to buy them something but I think that you could make something for your partner and I personally think that a homemade gift is better than anything bought from a store. It shows that you took your time to make something special for your loved one, that is something everyone likes unless the person is a golddigger. It's the thought that counts not how much the gift costs at the store because you can't buy love.
We all have a purpose in life. Everyone’s purpose is different, but there is one feeling that connects us all. Love. You don’t pay attention to this, but that thumping inside your chest is the greatest gift of all. From the moment your parents found out you were coming into their life, a bright smile was painted on their face. Their smile was, and continues to be, a side effect of the love they have for you! Just like your parents, and every other human on this planet, you have feelings too. Isn't it a beautiful thing to be able to love and to feel loved?
As you’ve discovered through your years, love is a feeling that can flip you upside down or one that can make you jump up and down. Many people commonly associate love with heartbreak, but there is so much more to it. If you were to ask me what comes to my mind when I think of the word love, my response would be “happiness.” I see why this might stir up your thoughts, but when we break apart all the puzzle pieces, you will understand where I'm coming from.
Think about how you feel when you are asked to describe someone or something you love. Don’t you feel a rush of happiness flow through your veins? That happiness is there because you are strongly connected to it in some way. It might be that you enjoy being around that person or have an interest in something. Look back at the memories you have created, and you will find that they began with a spark of love.
Love can be found in many different places and it plays a significant role in our lives. It is one of the most powerful feelings, and it has no boundaries. Love can inspire us and it can wound us, but its scars are a sign of strength. Just remember one very important thing, you are loved and you are here for a reason. Go out there and share your love!
