Brooke PospychalaCo-TeacherHi there! I’m Miss Pospychala (POS-PA-HOLLA), and I am new to the Bateman family this year. I am an enthusiastic educator and proponent of kindness, inclusion, and community. I strive to create positive relationships and build rapport with my students to foster a classroom environment where everyone feels safe, confident, and valued.
In 2017, I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington and received a dual degree in Elementary and Special Education. I went on to student teach in Northwest Indiana, as well as abroad in New Zealand! Afterward, I returned to my hometown in Griffith, Indiana, where I taught 5th grade for three years at my old elementary school. This will be my fourth year of teaching. I look forward to stepping into a co-teaching role and empowering all learners this school year! Given Bateman’s strong and inclusive values, I could not be more thrilled to continue my teaching journey here with you all. In my free time outside the classroom, I enjoy reading, going to the movies, indulging my sweet tooth, and exploring the wonderful city. |
