PBIS - School Wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports

​Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) addresses the behavior component of MTSS. PBIS at Bateman is a school-wide Tier 1 initiative allowing us to be on the same page with regards to discipline and student behavior and improving school climate. We use a continuum of positive supports for all students in all areas, classroom and non-classroom settings.

The Bateman PBIS Committee is coordinated by the School Counselor and meets on a monthly basis to discuss program goals, to review data for decision making, and for problem solving.
