Cost
The cost of Bateman Morning Care is as follows:       
​       Early Bird Discount (Full Year): $1620
       Quarterly Payments:
                  1st Child: $450 per Quarter
                   2nd Child: $225 per Quarter
​***EARLY REGISTRATION***Families who register and pay for the whole year will receive a 10% discount. Registrants after August 13th will pay full price per quarter.

Morning Care Information

Payment is due on the third Friday of the month prior to the start of Morning Care.  The quarterly rate still applies regardless of holidays or the number of days the student is in attendance at Morning Care. Payments may be made using a personal check (made out to Bateman), money order, or using our online pre-pay system on the school website.  All families are responsible for submitting payment on time.  If payment is not received, families will receive a reminder before being removed from the program.  If a family needs to join during the year, you must wait to receive confirmation to start before arriving at Morning Care for the Monday following payment receipt.  

2025-2026 Payment Schedule

• Quarter 1: Wednesday, August 13th
• Quarter 2: Friday, October 3rd
• Quarter 3: Friday, December 5th
• Quarter 4: Friday, February 20th

​Behavior/Cancellation 
Bateman Morning Care reserves the right to dismiss students from the program if student behavior creates conflict with the staff and/or other students.

A one week written notice of cancellation of services will be given for the following causes:

• Non-payment of program fees
• Student’s failure to respect the safety of others and rules of Bateman Elementary.
