Preschool After Care Details
Bateman offers a specialized after care program specifically designed to meet the needs of our current preschoolers. Our leaders create engaging and supportive activities to ensure preschoolers feel comforted after school hours. We adhere to the same 10:1 student to teacher ratio of early childhood requirements.
Although the school has never had to do so, iff there are not enough students registered by the start of school, Bateman holds the right to cancel Preschool After Care.
All students K-8 will need to register with the Neighborhood Boys & Girls Club.
Cost
The cost of Bateman PreK After Care is as follows:
1 Child: $675 per quarter
2 or more Children: $350 per quarter (each)
**Early Bird Discount**: $2430 for the entire year!
Payment is due on the third Friday of the month prior to the start of PreK After Care. The quarterly rate still applies regardless of holidays or the number of days the student is in attendance at PreK After Care. Payments may be made using personal check, money order, or using our online pre-pay system on the school website. [Click Here for E-Pay Directions] All families are responsible for submitting payment by the third Friday. If payment is not received, families will receive a reminder before being removed from the program. If a family needs to join during the year, you must wait to receive confirmation to start before arriving to PreK After Care for the Monday following payment receipt.
2025-2026 Payment Schedule
Behavior/Cancellation
Bateman PreK After Care reserves the right to dismiss students from the program if the students' behavior creates conflict with the staff and/or other students.
A one week written notice of cancellation of services will be given for the following causes:
- Non-payment of program fees
- Student’s failure to respect the safety of others and rules of Bateman Elementary
