Welcome to Full Day Preschool! My name is Amy Knobel and I have been teaching at Bateman School for more than 25 years.  I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from National Louis University along with an Endorsement in ESL.  At home, I have two grown daughters.  My oldest daughter graduated from Arizona State University, works downtown Chicago. My second daughter is living in New York pursuing her  dreams in Musical Theatre.  Outside of school, I love to spend time with my family traveling or just going for a walk, or seeing movies and theater.

​ I am really excited to be working with you and your children this year! We will focus on  developing social emotional learning along with language, math, science and social studies skills. I fully believe that parents and teachers are partners in education and I am thrilled to work together to give your child the best future possible.
