Priscilla RoweFirst GradePrior to Bateman, I had been an administrator in the Chicago Public Schools working to support schools in using data to improve student learning and in using technology in literacy and math instruction. In addition, this is my sixth year teaching at Bateman. I received my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champagne and a Master's Degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC). Recently, I also completed my second Master's Degree in School Leadership with a Principal Endorsement License. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy playing and going on long walks with my precious puppy, Toby, who you will all get a chance to know very well throughout the year.

Classroom Info
In our classroom, we are going to work very hard and we are going to have fun doing it! And because all of us come to school with different strengths, we are going to learn alongside each other and from each other. Our learning will focus on academic content, but also on the social and emotional lessons that will help you succeed in and out of school in the future. Together, we are going to accomplish wonderful things!
