Mr. Warden
Engineering
Grades 5-8

Picture

I am excited to teach engineering classes to students in grades 5 through 8 this year. In my  classes, students will create projects using the following six steps of the Engineering Design Process: Identify, Imagine, Plan, Create, Test and Improve.

All of my students will participate in Project Lead the Way (PLTW). The PLTW program gives students the tools they need to make connections to careers and real-world problems. Students in grade 5 will participate in the PLTW Launch program, while students in grades 6, 7 and 8 will participate in PLTW Gateway
program.
