Daily Brain Break

Time to move our bodies and center our brains!

To cap off the Core Value Challenge: Kindess!, check out this video explaining how important it is scientifically to maintain a level of kindness in our lives!

The Science of Kindness

Activity Central

Time to get busy!

The Museum of Science and Industry has loads of hands on science experiments to try!  Check out this engaging stomp rocket and launch your ideas over spring break!  ...it just looks fun!
  1. Build the stomp rocket launcher by inserting the mouth of the two-liter bottle into one end of the pool noodle. Secure thoroughly with duct tape, trying to make it as airtight as possible.
  2. Insert the PVC pipe or tube into the other end of the pool noodle. This is the launch position for your rocket.
  3. Make your rocket by rolling an 8.5 by 11 piece of paper into a tube so that it fits around the outside of the launch tube. Don't make it tight; the paper should slide on and off. Tape it in place. This is the fuselage of your rocket.
See the full STOMP ROCKET directions here!

Independent Work Time!

Time to grow our brains!

Students, please remember to complete your daily assignments from your teachers!  Reach out to your teachers if you have any questions about your work.  Also, please remember to follow the Blaze Ways: Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful!  Parents, have those Blaze Bucks ready!
Have a great day everyone! We miss you!

Stay healthy,
Ms. Davos & Ms. Kloepper
