Neighborhood Incident

10/5/2016

Good Morning Bateman Parents and Community,

Please be advised that there was a safety incident reported after school hours on Tuesday, October 4 outside, but near the school.  No one was physically hurt.   School will be in session today.  We have been in contact with the Chicago Police Department and CPS Safety and Security department.  They are aware of the neighborhood incident and will be providing us the support we need to keep our students safe throughout the school day.  We will have extra officers at the school and in the surrounding neighborhood ensuring student safety.  Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Thank you!
