New Family Registration
Welcome to the Bateman Family! We are honored that you have chosen your neighborhood school and look forward to working in partnership to create the best educational experience for your child.
For all in-boundary families, please complete the following forms to register online. Due to COVID policies and procedures, please sign up for a time to come to the school to complete registration paperwork. If you have any questions regarding enrollment, please email the school at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration Appointment Scheduling
If you have already completed the registration form (see above), please sign up for a registration appointment using the Registration Sign Up Genius. Registration will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Printable Registration Paperwork
Please click on the links below to complete at home prior to your appointment. These are fillable forms that can be completed by typing into the boxes, printing at home, and bringing completed versions to school. If you do not have access to a printer at home, you will fill out the forms during your scheduled appointment at Bateman.
To be completed by the Doctor's Office and turned in before September 1st.
